Refund policy

At Gallery of Tints (GOT), all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products once an order is placed.

Please make sure to review product descriptions, sizing, and photos carefully before completing your purchase.

If you receive:

A wrong item, or an item that is damaged on arrival,

you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your order number
Unboxing video is required for proof
Photos of the product and packaging
A brief description of the issue

If eligible, we will arrange a replacement for the same item only.
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstance.

Change of mind
